TERM OF SERVICE

General :> Please read my ToS carefully before commissioning me.
> Client may publish the finished works to any of their personal social media, but client must credit me on the caption details of the posting of my commission work. can be my social media username / a link to my twitter/social media page.
> For personal use only. No commercial use even with extra price.
> The copyright of the finished works are still mine. Characters probably belongs to the other party, but the works are still mine and I'm free to put all the finished works in my portfolio as my works.
> Prohibited to use my finished work(s) for NFT or AI.
> No Deadline. exception for client who ordered "Adding Deadline" (This Menu is mentioned in this carrd, please read carefully).
> I have the right to refuse if the commission request is too much to handle for me. Please check my "Do and Don't" first before commissioning me.How long the commission progress will take to complete :> For the common commission, I can't give you specific timeline, But please check "progress" button on main menu, you can check how long my previous commission can be completed. I hope from my previous commission work, you may estimate how long do I finish a commission work if you wish to request one from me.How does the "Commission Slot" and "Wait List" work :> I put some commission slots in a month, this commission slot only can be filled with one person(user)/slot.
> If you want to order a commission from me, make sure to see any available slots on the month you want to order from me.
> Wait List only exist if in a month my commission slots are already full, I will open more for 3 slots in next month, available for 3 months straight.
> I will start working on the commission ordered on "Wait List" only in the month of your "Wait List" is written. This point also applies for whoever ordered Special Service.
Example : user xxx (January). user xxx commission will be started in January.
> If "Wait List" already full for the next month, the Commission slot will not available for that month until the commission ordered in wait list on that month are already completed. This point also applies for whoever ordered Special Service.
> If all the commission work by clients who ordered via "Commission Slot" and "Wait List" are completed in the ordered month, I might open some "Commission Slot" for that month again.
> The commission slots and Wait List slot are written at the home page of this Carrd.Commission Detail :> Major revision (Such as change of pose fully, change of character, etc). only can be done in the sketch process.
> After the sketch is approved and the payment are done, if there's more major revision, it will add more cost.
> Free major sketch revision is up to 2. More than that will add more price.
> I don't limit where the minor revision will be done (sketch, color, etc). As long as I approve to be revised, revision can be done in any progress of the commission work. (Only minor revision, not including the major revision)
> Client has the right to ask about the progress. Client may ask me about the commission progress via DM if I didn't send any news for one week after the commission request has been approved or after one week I didn't send any progress. But please accept any circumstances if I haven't done any progress.
> Please check "Progress" button first on main menu before contacting me about the commission progress.Payment Detail :> I will send an Invoice payment after the sketch is approved by client. I will not continue the commission progress if the payment has not done yet.
> Please pay at least 50% the total payment, after the sketch already finished.
> After that, client can complete the full payment in the end of the finished work(s). I will not share the full finished works to you before I got the full payment first.
> Please send me the proof of payment after the payment is done, via DM.Payment Method :> Local Bank (BNI, BCA) and Gopay for local commission in IDR.
> PayPal for International commission in USD.Finished Work :> Sent via Email/G-drive in PNG Format.
> Up to B5~A3 size (1200 px - 5000 px, 12 cm - 42 cm) Any paper size is okay as a long it doesn't beyond the limit. the Genshin Style and Other Menu will be secluded in this point.
> I will sent 2 files, one without watermark, and one with the watermark of mine. Please use it wisely.Work Flow :> Client ordered through DM.
> There will be some discussion for any details of commission and services.
> After the discussion is done, I will start the process of your commission.
> I will send the finished sketch through platform we had discussed before, and discuss if there will be revision needed.
> After the sketch is approved by client, a payment invoice will be sent through the discussion platform.
> payment done, the commission process will be continued.
> Lining + base color > sent through the platform > waiting for approval > approved.
> Shading + finishing > sent through the platform > waiting for approval > approved.
> Full payment.
> After I receive the full payment, the finished work will be sent to your Email.

SURPRISE ME!!

First : what is "Surprise Me!!"?In this menu I'll give 'surprise' in the form of illustration to those who order "Surprise Me!!" in the form of art style "illustration" randomly from the character references provided by the customer.The concept is like opening a paid illustration gift, the contents of which you don't know, that's why the name of this commission type is "surprise me!!" :DWhat service do I receive?yep, no revision and discussion needed ;) It's a surprise after all! You only need to give me full references of your character(s).How the finished work would look like?The finished work will be in PNG Format, up to 1-2 characters, headshot~bust up illustration with simple background!And how to order it?> Just hit the order link on the last page of this sheet
> Fill the "commission type" section with "surprise me!! commission"
> Sent full references of your request! (including character sheet/reference picture, dynamic if needed. More complete the reference is more good!)
> DM me for confirmation, and give me full payment!
> Wait for me to do the magic!
